• StudentNote is intended for use by schools, educational institutions, administrators, teachers, parents, and authorized users.
• Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Schools are responsible for managing user access and permissions within their organization.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• The software will be used only for lawful educational and administrative purposes.
• All information entered into the system will be accurate and up-to-date.
• You will not misuse, reverse engineer, copy, modify, or attempt to disrupt the software.
• You will maintain appropriate internet connectivity and compatible devices for accessing the services.
• Schools are responsible for obtaining necessary parental consent where required by applicable laws.

• StudentNote is provided on a subscription basis (monthly or yearly plans).
• Subscription fees are determined based on the selected plan and student strength.
• WhatsApp messaging services are charged separately on a per-message basis and are not included in the standard subscription plan unless specifically mentioned.
• Additional charges may apply for third-party services, integrations, or messaging services.
• All payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Subscription fees must be paid on or before the due date.
• We reserve the right to revise pricing with prior notice to customers.

• All student, parent, teacher, and school data remains the property of the respective educational institution.
• StudentNote will collect, process, and store data solely for providing and improving the services.
• We implement reasonable security measures to protect data from unauthorized access.

StudentNote may integrate with third-party services including:

• WhatsApp Messaging Services
• Payment Gateways
• SMS Providers
• Cloud Hosting Providers
• Accounting Software
• Educational Tools and APIs

• We strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted services.
• However, we do not guarantee 100% uptime or uninterrupted availability.
• Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, internet failures, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect service availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• StudentNote shall not be liable for losses resulting from incorrect data entry by users.
• We shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription amount paid during the preceding twelve (12) months.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if:

• These Terms & Conditions are violated.
• Unauthorized access, hacking, or misuse is detected.
• Subscription fees remain unpaid after the due date.
• Activities are found to be harmful to the platform, users, or educational institutions.

All software, source code, designs, logos, trademarks, content, and intellectual property related to StudentNote remain the exclusive property of the Company. You may not do any of the following without written permission:

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website and/or mobile application. Continued use of the services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
